America: Promised Land

A feature-length drama-documentary special for History channel which investigates how America was built by immigrants. Reaching back to the 1600s and charting America’s growth to the present day, the film uncovers the incredibly stories of different waves of immigration through the ages, from Chinese to Scandinavians, Mexicans to French.

Each story recounts in drama the real life experience of a particular immigrant, and traces in documentary the present day descendants of that newcomer.
